William Henry Brown, age 87 of Bedford, VA peacefully went to be with the Lord on Friday, August 29, 2025 at Forest Health & Rehab in Lynchburg, VA.

William was born on March 27, 1938 to the late Sammie Thompson Brown and Floyd Brown. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings James Brown, Floyd Brown, Alexander Brown, Cephus Brown and Mary Lee Brown.

William was a member of Otterville Baptist Church. He attended Bedford County Schools. Later, he was employed by Bedford Weaving Mill for twenty years. William was a loving person; he would help anyone in need. His family and friends will miss him, but they find comfort knowing that he isn't in pain or suffering anymore.

He leaves to mourn his passing two sisters Burnell Brown and Louise Spinner; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
