Mr. Warren Victor Turner passed away peacefully on Monday, January 19, 2026. He was born on March 28, 1962 to the late William Jack Turner, Sr. and Jacqueline Melton Turner.

Warren received his education in the Bedford County School System and graduated from Jefferson Forest High School in 1980. He attended Gospel Fellowship Temple in Bedford, VA. Warren was a veteran of the United States Air Force.

While in attendance at Jefferson Forest, Warren ran track. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan who enjoyed watching his team play.

He is survived by his children, Gary Ragsdale, Shlena Turner and Devan Wright; his siblings Pamela (Raymond) Wright, Carmela (Mahlon) English, Dematry (Patrick) Blake, William Jack Julius Turner and Jacqueline (Calvin) Simmons. He also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
