Mrs. Veda Lynn Alexander departed this life on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at Centra Lynchburg General Hospital. She was born on April 8, 1948 to the late Juanita Welch.

Veda is survived by her husband, Richard Alexander; her daughter, Michelle A. Minor; granddaughters, Junelle Weaver and Erika Weaver; grandson, Myles Weaver; great grandchildren, J'air Trent Brown, Jupiter Elle Rose Weaver and Jade Nicole Behrenst. She also leaves behind her brothers-in-law, Charles Alexander, Sr. and Kelly Alexander (Rose); sisters-in-law, Laverne Alexander and Georgette Spinner (Clarence); other relatives and friends who will deeply miss her.
