Tonya Montgomery Sheppard a devoted wife and mother peace-fully transitioned from this life to her eternal home on Saturday, June 27, 2015. Born July 22, 1968 in Sumter, South Carolina to Saundra Weston-Flood and Jimmy C. Montgomery. Tonya ac-cepted Christ at an early age at New Life Baptist Church in Bed-ford VA. She was educated in the Bedford County Public school system. Tonya is preceded in death by her grandparents Charles and Dr. Rosa S Riley, Thomas and Katherine Weston and step father Robert L Flood Sr. A beautiful spirit, Tonya was a wonderful wife and mother. She touched the lives of so many people whether it was through her humor or through her delicious cakes and pies. Tonya was a giving and caring person who never met a stranger. Tonya leaves to celebrate her life and to rejoice in her memory her devoted husband Damein Sheppard (Poohhubby); three loving sons Thomas Lee (Tamatha), Tomas Lee and Justin Pan-nell; two step-daughters Kamara Eley and Neicey Sheppard of Greensboro NC.
