Thelma Elaine Ragland age 51, of Lynchburg, died Thursday, January 7, 2016. She was born to the late: Henry and Lillian Thomas.
She is survived by: her husband, Kelvin Ragland; two daughters, Whitney and Tina Ragland; two brothers, Rodney (Lisa) Thomas and Reggie Thomas; one sister, Gloria (Joe) Lindsay; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Friday, January 15, 2016 at Diamond Hill Baptist Church (Lynchburg.) Interment will follow in the Poplar Spring Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends thirty minutes prior to the service at the church. Friends may view on Thursday from 12-noon until 8:00pm at the Bedford Funeral Home. Arrangements by Bedford Funeral Home.
