Ms. Rosemary Anderson, age 65 of Bedford departed this life on Tuesday, February 6, 2024. She was born on September 17, 1958 to the late Elder Charles Davis Anderson and Freddie Rose Anderson. She was also preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Moses Nelms and Purlene Brawley Nelms; paternal grandparents William Henry Anderson and Clara Bond Anderson; brother Moses Gerald Anderson and her niece Shelia Saraus.

Rosemary joined the Melrose Seventh-Day Adventist church at an early age. She transferred her membership to the Lynchburg Seventh-Day Adventist Church and then to Smyrna Seventh-Day Adventist Church. While in attendance, Rosemary served as Sabbath School Secretary and as an Usher. She loved supporting the youth of the church.

Rosemary was employed by Longwood Industries and Goodwill Industries. She enjoyed music, being around people and attending church activities. Her beautiful smile and sweet spirit will be missed by her loved ones.

She is survived by her brother David Anderson (Carolyn); sisters Rebecca Saraus and Joy Anderson; nieces Davina Anderson and Chelesia Joy Anderson; great niece Adora Jackson; other relatives and friends.
