Rosa Marie Robertson's Obituary
Rosa M. Robertson, age 59, of Bedford, departed this life on August 7, 2016 at her residence in Bedford. She was born on November 21, 1956 to the late Alice Davis Robertson and Andrew J. Robertson. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her niece, Sakina L. Robertson.
Rosa was a member of Washington Street Baptist Church. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Those left to cherish her memory: her daughter, Michele (Lee) Robertson of Bedford, Va; her devoted grandchildren, Tyler (Brooke) Robertson of Lynchburg, Va, Akem Robertson and Quoterris Martin of Bedford, Va; great-granddaugter, Skylar Robertson of Lynchburg, Va; eight brothers, Andrew (Elaine) Robertson, William (Carol) Davis, Davis Lee (Annette) Robertson, Robert (Mary) Robertson, George (LyVerne) Robertson, Thomas (Annette) Robertson, Alvin Robertson, all of Bedford, Va and Donald (Barbara) Robertson of Hinesville, GA; three sisters, Alice (James) Holland, Mae Langhorne of Bedford, Va and Thelma (James) Robertson of Lynchburg, VA; one aunt, Betty Tanner of NJ; devoted nieces, Alesia Sharpe, Aliyah Poindexter and Ebony Hayden; great-niece Axiyiah Hayden; a special devoted nephew, Donald Ross; devoted special friends, Phillip Woolfolk, Rohn Price, Blanche Harris, Brenda Claytor, Tamara Godfrey, Esther Creasy, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Friday, August 12, 2016 at Washington Street Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Fairmont Cemetery. Friends may view on Thursday 12-8pm at the funeral home. Arrangements by Bedford Funeral Home.
