Mr. Rodney Lee Wright, age 31 of Bedford, Va departed this life on Friday, August 20, 2021. He was born on August 16, 1990 in Bedford, Va. He was the son of Rodney Parker and Deborah (Richard) Coles.

Rodney was an incredibly intelligent, motivated and outgoing individual. He worked at the Bedford Weaving Mill. His mission in life was to help others and be the best father he could be. He will be remembered for his infectious smile, compassion and kind heart. In 2016, Rodney started R&R Lawncare, serving many happy customers over the years.

In addition to his parents, those left to cherish his memories are his three precious daughters, Raylin Arianna Wright, Rihanna Arielle Wright and Makenna Lynn Amos; one brother, Antoinne (Michelle) Wright; two sisters, Antrunette Wright and Katilin Coles; Grandfather, Edmond Brown; five uncles, James (Nicole) Wright, Robert Parker, Clarence Cheatwood, Gary Cheatwood and Barry (Tanya) Cheatwood; four aunts, Sandra Cheatwood, Angie Cheatwood, Kimberly Cheatwood and Tina (Moses) Ogundiran; a host of great aunts and great uncles; two nieces, Nijai Swain and Ayanna Jennings; one nephew, Omar Sanyang; special friend, Jasmine Nelms; and numerous cousins and friends.
