Rachel P. Ballentine, age 59, of Bedford, passed away on Wednesday, September 27, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Catherine Payne; brothers, James Payne, Larry Payne and Calvin Payne; sisters, Alice Payne, Nancy Carson and Katie Payne.

She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, John Ballentine; sisters, Jean Ferguson, Mary Payne, Vickie Gilmore and Constance (John) Race; brothers, Bobby Payne, Charles Payne and Joey (Carol) Payne; other relatives and friends.

Memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 1, 2017 at 1pm in the Bedford Funeral Home Chapel.
