Phillip K. Abbott, Sr., age 51, of Bedford, passed away on Saturday, May 20, 2017. He was born on August 6, 1965 to Richard Abbott and the late Nona H. Abbott. In addition to his mother he was also preceded in death by his grandparents Clarence and Louise Payne.

He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Phillip K. Abbott, Jr. and Kienna R. Abbott; two grandchildren, Kiara Jordan and Tiara Abbott; father, Richard Abbott; sister, Tamika Felix; brother, Desmond Dobyns; aunts and uncles he was raised with like a brother, Sharon Henry, Lisa Morris (Robert), Frank Clark, Jr. (Debra) and Clarence Clark; Tina Parker, a cousin like a sister; Michael Parker, a friend like a brother; other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at 2pm at the Bedford Funeral Home Chapel.
