Luther Cheatham, Jr. of Alexandria, VA obeyed his Heavenly Father's command and answered His call at the INOVA Mount Vernon Hospital after a brief illness on Wednesday, December 4, 2013. He was married to Louise Bond-Cheatham formerly of Roanoke, VA for fifty-three blessed and wonderful years. They were additionally blessed with two wonderful sons, Reginald B. of Alexandria, VA and Marc Damon Cheatham of Woodbridge, VA. He had four grandchildren who were the love and joy of his life, Reginald B. Jr., Morgan Rose, Marshall Reese and Mason Austin Cheatham. Mr. Cheatham is also survived by one sister, Michelle (Scooter) Manns of Roanoke, VA; one faithful and caring sister-in-law, Lois Bond-Booker of Lynchburg, VA; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and special friends.
