Linda L. Bryant, age 74, of Goode, passed away on Sunday, March 3, 2019. She was born on October 19, 1944 to the late Lawrence and Virginia Bennett. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her beloved sister, Cynthia Virginia Bennett Entwisle and Mother-in-Law, Susan Williams.

Linda attended Groveton High School. She then went on and pursued a career in Finances which included: Bookkeeping for Mr. Charles Stanley and also the Gas Stations that he owned; Bookkeeping for Hill Top Sand and Gravel; Drive Thru Teller at First Citizens Bank in Bedford.

Her favorite pastimes were: scrapbooking, making artificial floral arrangements, reading on the porch feeling the warm sun, going to the movies, decorating for holidays and balancing checkbooks down to the penny. She loved to laugh, smile and brighten everyone's day who she came in contact with. She will truly be missed.

She is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Freddie Bryant; daughter, Doreen (Richard) Morin; granddaughter, Teresa Morin; five brothers, Larry, James, Joe, Arnold and Michael; stepson, Gary (Sheree) Bryant; step-grandchildren, Cheyenne and Omar; three brothers-in-law, six sisters-in-law, other relatives and friends.
