"This Faded Rose" Diamond rings and silver rings, Mama I never had, But Mama I tried to give you flowers Every night and day while you lived. If I had a million dollars, I'd line your grave with gold, But that wouldn't wake you from your sleep, as eternity rolls on. Some petals from this faded rose Mother is all I have to give, But Mama I tried to make you happy while you lived! In Loving Memory of my Mother, Your Daughter, Lindore Lyn Harper
