Erma Jean Brown's Obituary
Erma Jean Brown, age 59, of Goode, VA departed this life on Monday, July 4, 2016. She was the daughter of the late William and Ella Blake. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Shanay Brown.
She is survived by six children, Virginia Malik, Bonnie Hurt, Continey Brown, Troy Brown, Tony Brown, and Travis Brown; 17 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren; one sister, Sylvia Blake, five brothers, Oscar (Casandra) Blake, Wayne (Sandra) Blake, James (Gloria) Blake, Calvin Blake, and Sherwood Blake, many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, July 8, 2016 at Otterville Baptist Church, Bedford. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Friends may view from 1:00-8:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 7, 2016 at the funeral home. Arrangements by Bedford Funeral Home.
