Mr. Edward Lewis Woolfolk, age 67 of Bedford, slipped into eternal peace on Saturday, July 30, 2022 at his residence. He was born on August 1, 1955 to the late Elburn Woolfolk, Sr. and Ora Maxine Woolfolk. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Lucille Woolfolk.

He is survived by four sisters, Vivian E. Payne of Rustburg VA, JoAnn Banks Woolfolk, Lavern (Willie) Ridgeway of Bedford VA and Gladys M. Woolfolk of Lynchburg VA; two brothers, Elburn Woolfolk Jr. and Phillip G. Woolfolk of Bedford VA; five nieces, ten nephews, eleven great nieces and nine great nephews; loving and devoted friends, Mr. and Mrs. Keith Cook; special friends, David Anderson, Lester Banks, Grayland Jennings Sr. and Sidney Brawley. He is also survived by an abundance of cousins, other loved ones and friends.
