Mrs. Debra Faye Chambers of Forest, VA departed this life peacefully at her home on Thursday, January 2, 2025. She was born to the late Willie and Christine Goode in Bedford County on July 28, 1958. She was also preceded in death by her son, Christopher M. Flood; one sister, Rebecca A. Padgett; one brother, James H. Goode; numerous aunts and uncles.

She is survived by her loving husband/ "bae", Chester A. Chambers; one daughter, Tonya R. Flood; six granddaughters, Dominique, Kadijah, Chyna, Ashanti, Jae'la and Chrystianna; one grandson, Eliza; nine great grandchildren; two stepsons, Anthony Bateman and Christopher Chambers; two sisters, Patricia L. Braxton and Kathy D. Goode; one brother, Eric D. Goode; three uncles, Basil Taylor, Carl Goode (Dorothy) and Elmer Goode; four aunts, Helen Spinner, Betty Goode, Lottie Taylor and Carol M. Goode; four sisters-in-law, one brother-in-law; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
