On Tuesday,October 9, 2012, Constance Wanda Bryant, age 78, entered into eternal rest at her residence in Bedford, VA. She was born February 3, 1934 in Goode, VA to the late Cleveland and Emily Calloway Bryant. She was preceded in death by one sister, Juanita Phillips, and three brothers, Lucian Calloway, Douglas Bryant, and William Bryant. "Wanda", as she was affectionately known to many, accepted Christ as her Savior and joined the Mt. Zion United Methodist Church in Goode, VA. She enjoyed singing and was a member of the Ruby Jones Choir. She loved her family and friends, and was kindhearted to all she met. She leaves to cherish her memories, her beloved son, Raymond E. Bryant, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, one sister, Marcia Smithea, three brothers, Lewis Calloway, Charles Leroy Bryant, and Donald (Willie) Bryant; a devoted friend, Frank Eggleston, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. "If when you give the best of your service, Weary of life and the battle is won, Be not dismayed if friends don't believe you He'll understand, and say "Well Done."
