Hold to God's hand, He will understand,
He is the one who will see you through,
When you are troubled, hold to His hand
Have faith in whatever you do.
Walk in the light; everything will turn out right,
Just do the best that you can,
The trials of life we have to take,
He will always be there for you.
She raised eight children on her own,
Kept
us healthy and safe from harm.
Our friend, our confidant, our teacher,
This woman we call Mom.
She was stern with us when needed,
And through tough times remained calm.
She gently guided us in this walk of life,
The woman we call Mom.
She loved us and labored hard to provide,
But if we got out of line, we felt her palm.
Always followed by a gentle hug,
From this woman we call Mom.
Now the Father has called her home,
There's an emptiness without her loving charm.
We miss you and we love you,
You're in our hearts forever, Mom.
